EGGSPERT...

I'm a few miles from Johnson & Wales University. It's been called 'the cooking college' because they specialize in careers in the food service industry. Masters of the culinary arts.

Years ago, my dentist raved about their Sunday brunch. I never tried it, but I've seen their TV commercials where a chef single-handedly cracks an egg on the edge of a bowl impressed me.

Okay... I can do that... NOT!!!

Maybe with practice I could, but I'm not inclined to eat scrambled eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner while I learn the technique.

I guess if you go to a cooking college you have to be an 'eggspert' to make it to the next level!

@chat, guess I can't do that! Eggscuse me!!grin
With some practice you can get that technique down eggsactly.
If that Sunday brunch includes bananas or oranges, it could be quite a peeling. grin
I should check to see if they still have the Sunday brunch buffet. I could treat my wife to a breakfast that's eggstra special!
Oh I vote for you to treat your wife, what a loving gesture!

Daddy used to own an egg company when I was a litlle girl. I so remember him cracking an egg with one hand all the time. I tried often but never was able to. We candled eggs, I could do two at a time and rotate the eggs in my hand but Daddy could rotate three eggs at a time. Lord I forgot those memories.

If the do have that brunch, tell us how yummy it was.
