Vennyland began running out of milk and bread late 2006, and I gather that standing in line for food rations has been going on for at least 10 years. But the land is naturally rich and largely green. But the funny little dictatorship is still "Rumbo al Socialismo," along with Cuba and North Korea. I read Daniel Duquenal's blog to keep up; it's a wonder that he hasn't been silenced.
