Buzz, there is nothing on your post to watch. Is this how you intended it?help
Yes. The new movie 'First Man' does not include the US flag on the moon. Buzz tweeted this to defend the flag. That's my point.
Now if it were a movie that depicts the very landing on the moon of the US, yes I think Gosling should go and examine his values. Defending the omission of the American Flag is a total lunacy.
I think it's supposed to be a humbling story about Neil Armstrong which emphasises the achievement of mankind and subtler references to the American flag. In a choice between the truth and the legend they've printed the legend, but in reality jingoism and flag-waving patriotism are what drove you to the moon. Why don't you make a movie with that in?
Here comes the distorted and twisted egotist again.

You are so stupid to be overlooking the main point why we had to plant the American Flag. It is to recognize the high priced cost of doing the job and it is all tied up to the American goals and aspiration.

My personal opinion is that if there are some kind of Aliens that will see it, at least they will know who is responsible in the act.

Then on another note: What is a country without a sense of Patriotism.
Phyllis,

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN!
My opinion is it is a false narrative to omit the flag from the film. I saw the flag being planted in 1969 in my Air Force barracks in San Antonio. The flag is America.
just when you thought Ches couldn't out-do himself,he went and did!rolling on the floor laughing
Absolutely Amen Jim. Thanks for being on here and contribute all the logical thought about things that are so distorted and specially when it serves nothing but the interest of the lefts. Never mind the documents that prove the veracity of such claims.
Conrad your reinforcement on my line of thinking is encouraging. People of his likes are so blinded by their own ignorance and sometimes we just have to point it all out to them. Even then, they will never change their narrow minded thinking but we are here to present the truth.
I'm not trying to be rude. I just posted a picture of one man's take {namely Buzz Aldren} of the flag being omitted from the film. I don't think it's worth arguing about. I do believe it is another case of disparaging the flag much like the NFL problem with taking a knee during the anthem. I am proud of my American flag. Anyone who's not, that's their business. That's the freedom we all enjoy that the flag represents.
Well it is very obvious it is going well beyond what you thought of, which is right. I just notice that you never interact with anyone's opinion. A very unlikely goal of a poster on a blog or forum. At least the way I understand is to at least acknowledge other's point of view. There is no rule that says so but to me what is the point in posting and then leave as thought it is a show that is never watched?

That is all. I am glad it is not for purposes of being rude.
If you look back at my other blogs you will see that I rarely comment on my own blogs. I do comment when I feel a question is being asked of me or if I think I have been misunderstood. By rarely commenting on my blogs I get a real feel for how my chosen topic is being viewed. Also you can't see this but if I get no comments after a blog has been up for 3 hours I take it down.
LJ, I liked that comment of yours "WHAT IS A COUNTRY WITHOUT SENSE OF PATRIOTISM" . Although I think it can sometimes be overdone, without it there is no country.
Thanks Oldie my good friend. How is everything in your place. Hot?

I certainly agree with you. There is no country if there is no patriotism.

Which is sometimes leading to the globalists goal. What does it matter, they are the same people that can have houses in all parts of the world. To them it doesn't matter. They can bleed all countries for their own game. Self serving interest that is.
Now that is what I call hypocrisy C. Yes, to the highest degree.

Gosling should be ashamed for justifying his nonsense.
Patriotism is the backbone of a strong country. The division that has been started by Obama and carried on until today is reaching a point where our strength as a country will cost a damage that will be hard to overcome. If we truly love our country, we, as citizen who love our land must realize what is good for us and our country and must protect our interest with passion. I do.
