Forget hypotheticals. Now a second and third woman are set to testify against Kavanaugh

While at a party while Kavanaugh was a freshman at Yale, a second woman claims that Kavanaugh pushed his uninvited nude p*nis in the face of that woman and she had to push it away.

Today in the New Yorker;

and now a THIRD woman has come forward.

While I will hold judgement until after all the evidence is presented, each new witness provides more
and more credibility to the liklihood that they are telling the truth.
A s*xual predator usually has more than one occurrence. It's often more of a lifestyle, especially if
they have gotten away with it.

Earlier this evening I read on Yahoo News how a second woman had come forward.

It seems that they are coming out of the woodwork so to speak.

A third woman? Wow.
What's all the fuss about? This guy should "fit right in"
BW - I'm not sure. But, I think the third woman may have witnessed something to do with the assualt on the first woman. I guess we'll have to await the testimonies to find out.

C - Yeah, he will fit in nicely with the other demented Trump appointees. thumbs down

The first denunciation sounds like Step 1. These next 2 sound like Step 2 and Step 3. Perhaps by Thursday we will have a flash mob.
I would not be surprised, if more women get the confidence to come forward, as they see that they are not alone
in their experiences with Kavanaugh.
It is not unusual for women to somehow blame themselves in part for being in the position to be attacked.
Then you are different than the libs I've seen on tv. They have him guilty and convicted already, believing women who have provided no evidence, and even "witnesses" have debunked.

It couldnt be more obvious that the motive here is to delay as long as possible.
I never said I was a liberal. I am an independent moderate.
Plus, all people of any group are not the same.
We all need to be judged as individuals.
To do otherwise would be a flaw in thinking.
Lastly, the testimony of these women are evidence.
V - so, by what you stated, you indicate that Kavanaugh's memory would be tainted too.
In that situation I would believe multiple people over 1, and those who were emotionally affected by
an incident. Those memories persist much more sharply, especially if the individual felt they were wronged..
Largecurves,I'm wondering what his wife thinks about the whole political mess. There's not a whole lot I can label it right now is "political"
I guess my college days were a whole lot tamer than Kavanaugh's. No one exposed themselves at any parties I went to. blushing
Jim: "I never said I was a liberal."

Going by what you post, it would seem that you are. You certainly don't come across as s "moderate".
That's because anyone who disagrees with you, is seen by you, as a liberal. You have more than a tendency to label people, rather than understand people are individuals.

He got caught with his pants down...literally...laugh

But seriously...Trump wants Kavanaugh in for his safety and other Republicans want to reverse Roe vs Wade...not to mention it is a lifetime appointment...let's call it for what it really is...they do not care about his indiscretions...nor do they care about women's rights...the old white boys club...

thumbs down
I hope one day that the senate will represent all of the nation...not just the crusty old white males that are clinging on by their dying breath...
Loulou, what is so bad about reversing Roe v Wade? It would just go back to the states, where it belongs.
Perhaps in your mind, that women's rights and civil rights also should go back to the states "where it belongs" ?
Who determined that's "where it belongs" ? Your legal mind ?
And what would that actually accomplish - that women would have to cross state lines to get things done ? dunno
Never mind skip my last post within this blog I read where you did view it and posted your reply below.Thank You.
OK BW. Yes, I had watched & listened to the whole thing.
Um.... the last comment before yours on this blog, was last month.
So, it appears that you missed the train in the station. laugh
Nonetheless, there were several witnesses that were not given the opportunity to testify, and limited by the president to be investigated by the FBI. So, it seems the Senate and the president really didn't want to know what evidence there was, or if Kavanaugh was guilty.
