You can make it,
the output zip file size is a 1-KB only

create a 1.4-GB .txt file full of '0' or '1'
compress it.
rename the .zip to .txt then make 80 copies,
compresse all of it into a .zip file like 1.zip.

rename the zip to txt.
zip it as 2.zip.
Rename 2.zip to txt.
Zip it.

repeat it eight times.


Now send the final .Zip file to the victim, it will continue to decompress till it experiences SHUTDOWN.cool

Lightweight .zip files are always suspected as scripts, don't think anyone will open. Interesting joke though, gotta reckon, I'd put more devastating or interesting things into a ZIP tho.
