Changes...
I got to CS this morning and see some programming changes to the login screen.It's good to know management is active here.
Now every page I click on tells me I have NEW messages.
Yes, I know this, thanks.
I don't go to the forums often but I see many who 'hang there' have posted thousands of comments. I haven't suggested this, but it would be easier to find a topic if there were a few categories so you don't have to sort through dozens of threads on one page.
Some sections like:
Religion
Politics
Dating
Movies
Food
Technology
Dating/Relationships
Hobbies
Just a thought. Maybe I'll fill out a suggestion ticket... but not today.

It didn't happen.
I heard from a programmer (on another site) that often the best suggestions were expensive to implement because it requires rewriting code not for a small section, but through an entire site. Management often opted to do some superficial changes in appearance rather than complete design changes.
If you have a like and unopened mail, you will see 2 banners.
Should we wager if you get favorited that will add another banner?
This site is actively "under renovation".

Or maybe this has anything with our settings like the Javascript or Cookies settings. I don't know.
Sometimes the Banner appeared, sometimes it didn't. Not sure what happened.
Lets say you haven't opened mail and didn't view who liked you. Add banners when someone put you on their favorite list and... those who have viewed you.
On my screen, each notification banner is about 1/2" high, so 2" of banners will follow me around until I open each one and open all my messages.
I ask, "Do we really need more banners?"
It's Thursday and the BANNERS APPEAR TO BE GONE !!
