And it isn’t my fault that I can lose weight coz we have too much of yummy food over here!
Weight is not added fast, nor is it healthy to decrease it fast.
The key to real success is slow gradual continual progress
and the realization, that you CAN do it.
I exercise 3 times a week walk miles rest of days.
I am strict with myself but only in regards to sweets, cake, crisps etc ha ha I allow myself those weekends only. through the week i do like mollys grub. I dare not by a pckt biccies they would be gone cant help myself, so go to bakers and buy just one, iknow iknow that one could be same prise as six in a pack so it is hard.
Wrong time just now before xmas but after i wish you luck ----with smaller plates
