But the wall - the 'caravan', although it had taken months in the building and the marching, was unheard of until campaigning for the midterms when it suddenly sprang into prominence. Ever since the wall has been so important it even justified the longest shutdown in your history.
You see, to the outside world, it looks like a very spoiled person throwing a strop and creating an artificial storm in a teacup because he can.
(My personal suggestion would be to build a long series of prefab towers along the border and install a whole series of retired rightwingers to man them. They'd be proud to be supporting his mission, they could earn a little more on top of their pensions, and no invader in his right mind would set foot within rifle range - but that's a joke, not a deliberate suggestion

I can explain this the short way and or the long way. Short way. All those that are being hired even before him were all corrupt but there was no 'DRAIN THE SWAMP PROJECT" then. Meaning these people are the same with corruption and lies, just they were not investigated as a matter of policy then. Of course all the presidents during those times especially with Obama, was as corrupt as him.

The wall was going to be funded in full once. The dems tried setting a trap and Trump wouldn't fall for it with obozo's illegal dreamers act via executive order.
They were going to fund the full $25 billion dollars in exchange for upholding the dreamers and allowing full citizenship. The problem is: only about 7-800,000 are actually in the system properly and the dems wanted up to millions of them approved with out question or safety. Trump said "NO".
The senate was too close then to get a bill through the dems for wall funding. I don't think it' too much better now except we wouldn't need as many dems to help support wall funding.
Makes good sense to me. The dems have every one fooled. They're not working for any one but themselves and any thing against Trump they can. Twice they've voted pay down for the federal workers affected by the their shut down.
No dem can take credit for every time the U.S. starts building back up. They are usually the reasons for the down fall in the first place.
We are starting back up in the ranks again. We can truly say it's because dems weren't in charge.
Absolutely Draegon, which makes me ask in specific. All of you Democrats can you please present a solid or even partial, okay maybe even itsy biddy (not itsy bitsy, the English say) accomplishment to show their services to the American people?.That is what I thought. There is nothing you have done that makes us great as a country and as a member of the International Community.

Daers, this isn't about building a wall for isolation. This is about security and money spent on sustaining these illegal migrants. Lol no I don't think tourism is quite high in their agenda. However, it is surprising to find out that there is a group of Americans who are actually selling properties for them to retire there. A friend of mine is already one of them and told me about it. Google it and hopefully it will pop out.
No that is not tourism but it is most likely out of choice that they are doing that. They advertise it only to an exclusive people with the moolah as it is very expensive. I will not for sure, afford it but that is what I heard. No illegal entry but a legitimate course is the way they are doing it.
