All the things NOT in your profile
You are not your age, nor the size of clothes you wear,You are not a weight, or the color of your hair.
You are not your name, or the dimples in your cheeks.
You are all the books you read, and all the words you speak.
You are your croaky morning voice, and the smiles you try to hide.
You’re the sweetness in your laughter, and every tear you’ve cried.
You’re the songs you sing so loudly when you know you’re all alone.
You’re the places that you’ve been to, and the one that you call home.
You’re the things that you believe in, and the people whom you love.
You’re the photos in your bedroom, and the future you dream of.
You’re made of so much beauty, but it seems that you forgot
When you decided that you were defined by all the things you’re not.

Plus a Mexican lady trainer gave me a work out yesterday and she said my age was 50
Did you make them up ?
I agree that what makes us who we are is what sometimes we hide inside.
All the rest is superficial and only a facade.
May not be something I wrote but the words went ting ting we have to define ourselves in fairly limited terms here - good reminder that we are other intangibles as well
I have to eat smaller but more meals and omit my medley of fruit every night wow I thought that was good but apparently she classed it as candy
I hot footed out bought veggies and have made big bowl of coleslaw, plus peanut butter to have on riveter instead of biccies this to get rid of duvet she said around my middle she is lovely
Duvet, eh? Hate to hear what she'd think of my pillow
No I won't forget who I am or who I am not, though.
I try to know me more than anybody else.
Good health and life be with you.
Good health and life be with you.
And don't forget the prison terms served within the joint
They can make a better you - that's their only point!
So I've been told, anyway.
What a cool blog you wrote.
And Molly, a nice cartoon you did.
Congrats to both of you.
Er, so what’s it all mean?
you can't revealed yourself, dangerous
you can find it
Sometimes - in knowing what to explain, even, because we take those bits for granted
and THAT's worth saying twice -
Wen! hey, great to see you!
How the devil are you?
But that was just my take. Liked it, thought I'd share, nothing profound.
Robrt - well, I didn't write it, I copy / pasted (double-checked I put the author's name at the bottom!) and it means what you want it to mean, or maybe what I said in reply to Z take from it what, if anything, that makes actual sense to you
Meth, in some ways the safest place to reveal yourself is the internet, because no-one is really listening and there are so many millions and millions out there not really listening of course it is very important if you ever get famous, and if people can Google your social media name(s) and find you, that you quickly delete anything you wouldn't want people to hear now that they actually are listening
You mean I have to read it. Oh okay. I was just looking at your picture and Molly’s cartoon thing. Let me get out my reading glasses and hand held magnifying glass to try and read it.
We are, when all is said and done, advertising. I always assume, when I read a profile, that the profiler has carefully picked the words, has as carefully picked out the photo(s). If the spelling and grammar is atrocious, or the wording suspect, then I'm not remotely interested - good grief, if the product doesn't look good even in the shop window, why look further. People who put up photographs where they are looking belligerent and knock you down as soon as look at you, wow. WHY?
Not that it was the point of this blog but still I do wonder
only interested....have you also lost your camera
Nobody loves me
Everybody hates me
I'm going down the garden eating worms
Here, you can have one of my worms.
I'm still here at work, trying to slow down...some live sturdy worm would be nice ,,,and some wine too
