And my doctor give me an ultimatum......everyday 5 minutes upside down......so because of that, I can now also see the World for 5 minutes in the right way

hmmmmm.......I have a very bad back and if I don't hang at all, I have to go to a Chiropractor or massage every week, as was the case, when I was 7 month in Finland and did not have the chance to hang.
7 years ago, a Doctor took x-ray from my back and told me, that it was in a bad condition, the lower part in his opinion, was on the way to grow two vertebra together and nothing could be done, so in his opinion, the only way was painkillers.
My Son ,that has work with Spinal cord injuries and when they put in Stem cells, they have also to cut part of the vertebra, so as he is a specialist in that field, I trust him more, than researchers, that try to find a subject, for to research, only to get money for it and a future job........the labs are full of nonsense researchers, using taxpayers money.
So when my son heard about the Doctor's opinion, he bought me the hanging equipment and told me, "That Doctor is wrong,you just hang everyday about 5 minutes and your back is going to be ok".........7 years has gone and very simple no painkillers have been needed.
and I was in July last year for one week in USA, for a full check in Mayo Clinic.....they took all x-rays and even checked my brain completely and they in fact did not find anything else to complain about, that high blood pressure.....and if they had seen on the x-ray any clear problem still, in my lower back, they had for sure come up with it too.....but it was not there anymore.
