Am so so so sick

It's been a while...got busy with work and everyday activities. But believed me guys, I missed to be here.
Am so sick today, the last time I was sick was in 2012, my health dropped down when my father died. I seldom got sick as, I am careful with everything I put in my mouth , had to do some workouts, as I believed, health is important than anything else.
But, as age adds, really true, immune system starts to lower it's performsnce. Becoming weak . I could not imagine those who are suffering with serious sickness. If I only could change my head ...huhhhh...this is real worst.frustrated crying

It's good to see you back, I know all about with age and things that can happen to you. I am going through something very serious after being veryly healthy all my life.

I used to get sick a lot when I was young, though I have not been sick in many years. Mom showed me some natural herbs that help prevent sickness.

Life here is so busy the past months, got no time to be here.
Am trying to read just to forget am sick , but it didn't worked, I could not absorb what am reading. To be sick and alone in this house is not quite easy.
Yes, that's it after being healthy, getting sick feels like...it's serious .
I felt a bit better though after mugs, of tea with lemon, black pepper with honey.teddybear

Hi wave eat well, keep fit, walk in nature, and maybe learn this chie. All may help in good immune systems . Keep talking to friends and try to laugh a lot,laugh even if it's forced at first it will become second nature. Good endorfines will circle inside your body.teddybear
Please resume physical exercise, at least 20 minutes every 2 days. Your pulse rate should reach 220-your age. Hold there for 10 - 15 minutes each time. Illness will not come back until the end time.

You are so true, laughter strengthen immune system ..which is why, I always want to be with happy people .
Lately , there were lots of pressure at work, I could manage to deal with patients difficult to deal with, but to be assigned in a task I never liked , I strongly refused, but when higher authorities interferes , refusal could be impossible . Telling me, no one else could handle the task???frustrated
I even thought of leaving a job..very mad
But I just could not, sigh sigh
