Loud people.

It's nice to see people enjoying interactions with each other. I'm working on trying to be more tolerant of loudness, especially in cackling/chortling laughter. The hearing impaired do have a tendency to talk louder, and alcohol deadens the eighth cranial nerve, so we have loud chats in bars. But sober, normal hearing folks in otherwise quiet cafe venues provide their own special sort of distraction. Earbuds and music streaming help.

These days I hardly hear anyone speak a tall, let alone the loud ones....

Me thinks they must of all gone to the moon transport

I don't think you would like me. I'm loud, I think Spanish people are known for that.

I wanted to tell you that I really loved The Azores. Horta has become one of my favourite places. The other islands are beautiful too.
Si, senyorita I, para la gente con veleros, Horta. Pero para mi, Sao Miguel. Y ya tengo un velero.
I am a quiet person and I like peace and quiet.

The older I get the more I'm affected by loud noises..and loud people.grin
Yep, D. How did I ever stand in front of those Vox valve amps, without ear protection, "She loves you, yeah, yeah yeah. " and all the rest of it? I do like hippy dancing to a beer sweat in rock/blues dives, if there are properly installed smoke eaters. But nowadays, this isn't often, and I wear those ear bud protectors.
Don't like loud noises nor people who talk fast like a meteorologist, they seem to get limited time so need to talk fast, at times driving me up the wall wave wave wave
I don't do loud. Loud to me is overload. I detest anything loud especially people who talk or laugh loudly. Can't wait to escape them. At best quiet conversation is as loud as I like things. But typically I prefer being alone with my own thoughts. Thinking is my favorite hobby and I often can't wait to be alone to be left to my quiet thoughts. Seems to me the louder the dumber and less interesting (certain rock and roll bands being the only exception that comes to mind).
Vier and Rain you two would have a miserable time with me. I speak really fast and loud. I love loud music and singing even though I sing badly. I have been asked if I'm hiperactive but I don't think I am. One thing that astonished me on my visit to London was how quiet bars and restaurants were compared to Spain. I was wondering if they were all bored and had nothing to talk or laugh about.
¿Mencioné que hago una excepción para mujeres atractivas?
Seguro que si, amigito. Pero la qualidad y dimension de ser atractiv es muy importante, Verdad?
