There are words...
There are words to describe people who...Park in the handicap access and walkway to a medical center.
Park so tight in the handicap zone that a handicapped person couldn't get in or out their vehicle.
Over stack the end of the dumpster instead of taking 3 more steps and throwing the trash in the middle.
Finish the roll and walk away.
The last one makes me wonder if they didn't have enough paper to finish the job, did they walk away anyway.

phone for a tow truck
or
gather a few other tutters and bounce the car out of the spot
or
at least daydream about doing one or t'other
I always have paper and pen in my bag and generally leave a note on the windscreen. I know the sort of person who would do that is unlikely to be converted by a note on the windscreen but it lets me vent which is good for my continued wellbeing.
Bouncing the car out is the most satisfying, though. We used to do that a LOT back in my younger days and I'd pitch in like a shot to help now but people are more not-my-problem these days
In Florida, that carries a fine of $250.
