Why Men Incessantly Flirt
Work the logic backwards to see the point. The survival of the human race depends on reproduction. Reproduction depends on relations between men and women. Relations between men and women takes an effort to form them. Flirting is the front line of that effort.Men are designed to be the "aggressors" in the male/female relationship. As part of that role, they are the ones who break the ice. If someone doesn't do it the survival of the human race is in jeopardy. As the saying goes, if you want to make an omelette, you have to crack a few eggs.
So nature designed men to play this role by impounding it into their DNA. It's part of the genetic code that distinguishes male DNA from female DNA.
The fact that not every flirting event turns into a relationship is similar to the fact that a bee doesn't find pollen in every flower it tests. But that doesn't stop the bee from doing what it is programmed to do with every flower it can. The more flowers it tests, the more likely it is to find what it is looking for.

Blue = more women than men
Red =more men than women
Green = equal men and women
I think at this rate, women will fall on your laps without even trying in some places.
