Kidneys
I bought a couple of kidneys this morning to cook for the dogs so I went on line to see how to cook them. I guess in America we don't eat kidney but they do in other countries. pffftI'm soaking it in water with a little vinegar for a couple hours then I'll throw it in the instant pot. I'm going to mix it with carrot and quinoa for the little dogs.
I couldn't find a recipe that sounded good for human consumption. It seems like a boiled it the last time I cooked it and it made my home stink.
On the bright side it is super cheap. Hopefully it will turn into yummy dog food.

Perhaps in British literature.
So, while you can probably delete the salt & pepper for the dogs,
perhaps this will be helpful to you;
That said I thin the tastiest are the condemned prisoner kidneys China sell on the net. Guaranteed to still be fresh when delivered. Fried in butter, mmmmm, good.
Steak and kidney pie. That is what I want for breakfast tomorrow.
Hope the dogs enjoyed it.
I know I can't give the pooches too much at one time but they have a variety of meats, organs and veggies. The little Chi loves fruits too but Lucy not so much. I think Lucy is enjoying being weaned off canned dog food for Fay's dog food. Lucky little dogs. I never dreamed I would cook special for the dogs.
Now liver I do like but again I have to cook my differently than the dogs because I love it smothered in onions and the dogs can't have onions.
I'm a bit surprised my dogs like quinoa though. I can't find rice in my house but I had 3 or 4 different kinds of Quinoa. YUMMM
Sorry but eating another's organ
That's sick
I'd rather eat wood
Bless his soul
