Do you ask questions within 'blogs', despite it being against blog rules ?

17. Limit emoticons to 3 per blog entry to respect page-load time of members with slow computers and site resources. Each blog entry must include at least one complete sentence of text. Blog entries with less than one sentence, gibberish, or emoticons-only will be deleted.
I haven't strung together such a number of emoticons in my other blogs.
Remember, I tagged this 'blog' comedy and irony is a form of comedy.
However, it doesn't take into account the people who purposely attempt to change
the subject of a blog and even attempt to take over the discussion below a blog,
and both are far too common.
