Jowls...
Jowls (or alternately jawls) is the skin below your cheeks where it meets the jawline.As we age... yes, we the skin begins to sag, drooping at the ends of the mouth.
Some of my clients have had plastic surgery and you can see a good job from a bad job (where the skin was pulled too tight) probably because plastic surgery is so expensive, everyone wants to get their moneys worth!
Nip & tuck... maybe the surgeon tightened the wrong muscles and created a line that makes the chin unnatural looking. The before and after example below is a good one where on the droop was corrected.
