I'd say it's the same guy. Don't forget that he was probably quite a bit younger in the live one. Also, when people die, their faces can contort and look different...I would assume that is even more true if they were strangled or hung (heard this morning that strangulation has not yet been ruled out).

I don't have any doubt he's dead. But I do have some doubt that there wasn't someone else involved in either allowing it to happen, or making it happen.
