Karma
Contrary to popular misconception, karma has nothing to do with punishment and reward. It exists as part of our lives only to teach us responsibility for our doings.Karma moves in two directions. If we act virtuously, the seed we plant will result in happiness. If we act non-virtuously, suffering results. As we have planted, so do we harvest; such is the way of karma. We pay for what we do, and still more, for what we have allowed ourselves to become. For the innocent, the past may hold a reward. But for the treacherous, it's only a matter of time before the past delivers what we truly deserve.
If you sow goodwill, you will harvest well. When positive things are made, that returns well. There will always be karma to be taken care of. How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours. We are not punished for our sins, but by them.
Karma comes after everyone eventually. You can't get away with screwing people over your whole life; what goes around comes around. That's how it works. If you sow winds you shall reap storms. Sooner or later you will get you what you deserve.
Don't waste time on revenge. The people who hurt you will eventually face their own karma. Karma bides its time. Karma is unforgiving and always gets payback. You dare not do harm to someone because someone has done harm to you. You will pay just like they will.
Whatever you give to life, it gives you back. Do not hate anybody. The hatred which comes out from you will someday come back to you. Love others. And love will come back to you.
Karma has a surprising way of taking care of situations. All you have to do is to sit back and wait.

and for that I am very thankful, and a couple of the ladies briefly moved in to my Florida home (now sold). I also briefly had over the phone relationships with other women from some of the sites. However, for dating purposes in person seems to be much more successful for me. I meet women everywhere. Nonetheless, I do enjoy the blogging aspect online and would post the same blog on multiple sites and amazingly, the people on each site thought it was specifically directed at them. Several of those better sites eventually met their demise. The best by far was sold to a Philippine marketing company several years ago. Two others fizzled this past year and I see both good and less than good people from those sites here. There are definitely some on here that I recognize from when I first arrived here. Some have changed their ID several times. I never have.
Why do you think barkeepers put salty snacks out for free?
It's amazing. Every now and then I produce a blog that everybody seems to misinterpret. This blog was produced just a wee bit tongue in the cheek but everybody took it very seriously. I stated my view on it in the very first two lines of the blog which says exactly what you said.
As for the first part of your comment, I can only refer you to my comment to JJ above here.
As for the second part, I don't have a problem with what Caprik said. It is the way that he said it that annoyed me. If he had refrained from being sarcastic I would probably have agreed with him and laughed about it.
Another person did the same thing on my previous blog and I'm getting tired of it. It is as if some people think that I should just roll over when people get snotty with me. On other blogs, I'll walk away, but not on my own. Here I treat people with the respect they treat me with.
Here I make my own karma.
Thanks for the info. So there are more people here of a long-standing.
Doesn't mean 1 is safe though
Spirits of the past?
Do you mean like the forefathers? Because then it also has something of African folklore in it.
