Bought a trailer (manufactured)home last year after living from motels and homeless for a few yrs I sure needed it and after alot of maintence and repairs I did all my self gifted I am I'm close to being done.the plumbing was bad copper pipes pitted bad and every few months it would spring a leak and the joints badly corroded sobi replaced the homes plumbing with cpvc and new facists easy job then a floor in the hallway it came with a new furnace 95% efficient at that and new water heater which I had to remove to replace the wood floor it rests on while doing the plumbing and interior painting walls and ceilings and alot of electrical maintenance and chalking the windows water proofing and exterior maintenance.Entry door sanded and stained storm door replaced with new locking key handle and cleaned the stove cleaned adjusted and added new flex pipe.
Exterior needed chalking cleaning and stained the huge deck treated lumber green washed the carpeting and walls kitchen cabinets painted reinforced and new shelves added yeah it's a huge saving to be gifted in so many ways
