We are all getting ready for the Christmas holidays...
At least my family and friends are...
Staying at home, avoiding the traffic, or going to some resort.
Food, Drinks, Swimming, Playing with the animals, and lots more.
Some will spend their Christmas Bonuses, very quickly...while some won't get...
While some will save as much as possible thinking forward to the coming year...
and what if that something goes wrong...

My son has decided on the Christmas menu, and that will be all for us this Christmas, with the only extra, my friend.

I've got a menu planned but nothing fancy for holiday dinner.Just going to be spending some time with a guy friend of mine.My friend bought me a brand new computer system the other day which was such a huge surprise to me cause mine has outgrew it's time.

I,ll be on my own at xmas missing my family ,my wife and son who both passed away in the autumn many years ago.
Nothing can be as bad as having your only son dead in your arms so when things go wrong I just laugh as nothing comperes .

My sons live too far away and have plans to go away themselves for 2 weeks over xmas. I learned that lesson too. I remembering losing my temper when my niece knocked over a glass of milk at the dinner table. In those days everything needed to be perfect.
Now I take the attitude that you do. If my car gets a flat tire I'll call AAA. When my back is in severe pain I tell myself there are people worse off than my back pain.
There's always somebody in a worse predicament than I am at that time.
