lonely has to come to good

my head is so confused and my heart is so lonely im trying to get through the day's as im missing someone very dearly it feels like my stomach is all twisted in side but im changing a new leaf as there is more out there then just hurting and feeling up set you have just got to be strong i tell my self as there is allway plenty more things to come along as ive got my family around me that's what count's and new exsperiencs are on the horizan

We have to have the bad to appreciate the good and the hurt to appreciate the joy the sad to enjoy the laughter and be encourage by this that things are always changing and nothing ever stays the same so loneliness will pass
