Peart...

Sad news that Neil Peart, drummer for the rock band Rush, passed away Tuesday at the age of 67. Cause of death was brain cancer.
Bassist Geddy Lee gave an interview not long ago saying Neil's retirement was due to arthritis. I'm forming an opinion Geddy knew the truth.

A friend of mine told me about Mr. Peart today.My late mom died of brain cancer too.

Brain cancer is a very tough one.
Some progress is being made.
But, not enough.

I never got into Rush. But my condolences to his fans & family.

Yep, C. They are all going away, all the greats. First Socrates, then Shakespeare,....and now Neil Peart. Oh, the loss! But yes, he is up there with the best.
