One door closes.....another opens wide....

....so, with all the worldwide qvetsching about novid 19, all the gloom and doom, I boldly ask, what about the PLUS sides of this latest pander demic? I can think of lots of these. No doubt so can the Brilliant and Dazzling CS Posters' Club. For starters, I no longer have to make up stupid and impossible to believe lies about missing tedious meetings. Did so already several times this week. To whine is human, to be grateful, and sneaky, divine. What a Virus---what a Country!

I am viewing new property to rent and no-one but me is turning up for viewing grin

I thought xmas had come early with all the folks in shops with trolleys piled high, I walked out it was madness so shopping in my slot is good. AND no xmas pressies to buy. laugh

Take care in this mad world peace
Good on you Red, Stay safe...hug
and you too lover blushing you know what I mean grin
palm enjoy the beer cheers
Red, what's a girl to do?
Good points, all. And PF, from Grandma's typing hands, to your eyes. Just remember, one beer can be too many, and one thousand, never enough. I should know. But this actually brings to mind another upside to our little friendly virus buddy.
PF, when I travel overseas, I travel lightly. A small backpack covers each trip. Including computer, and golddiggerocidal spray bottles. And all I have with me can be washed in a sink. As in my student days there. Good for you.
V, i don't have a choice. my electric in on the fritz. i can't remember when i had 100% electricity and gas at the same time...
OK. But usually we almost always have choices---some better than others. All requiring pondering first.
The air quality over China cleared.

I hope that the world leaders took notes that depending on Chinese sweat markets is not the way forward.

I don't think I have to go to church on Easter.

There are so many good things...
" The plus side" You get to see how many people act in a given situation. While I wouldn't say there is mass panic, there is still people out there overreacting. Think about what would happen if the electrical grid went down in part, or in the entire country, for just say a week or two. There would be mass Hysteria. Maybe some will learn from this to be more prepared.
Yeah, but the environment has had a "win" for a bit of a while - no planes in the air, etc, etc.
few planes, in the air, anyway...
And less cars on the world's roads...
