maybe....could it happen you think
What if this might be the Big One.What would you do? For me, I really do not even want to think about it, but in reality if it is the Big One, should not there be some sort of plan in place? I just seen a show...well...the ending of the show anyway, where it interviewed two guys what they would do if a virus spread. Their solution was to move out to the woods.
The big automobile manufacturers just closed their doors. They are letting prisoners out of prison. This, just within a week of this becoming the main news of the day. I remember when they were talking about Bidon and Bernie. lol It seems as if each day a new drastic measure is being taken.
I am assuming, each day this lasts, the worse it may become.
I have heard it said that what damage the virus don't do, panic may. So, I would say being in a panic is not a solution, but planning might be....
Is it possible the police force might not exist out of either fear of illness or out of illness itself?
The same with government?
The same with fuel supplies?
The same with television?
The same with telephones?
The same with internet?
The same with electricity?
How fragile have our lives really been? A good time for some introspection I suppose.
Panic is not a smart or good thing, but planning is.
Stay safe all....enjoy what we have taken for granted most if not all of our lives...and I suppose we can hope for the best out of all this.

Johnny, I don't know if he really predicted this.
I know you like these things.
But the Last line is what we have to worry. World economy and how long it will take to recover.
Thanks for sharing.
There was somebody else, from India, who told me about 4 months ago, that the next 6 months are going to be very interesting. She had heard it from a "seer" friend of hers...whom was trusted for his visions.
I found that statement interesting from her, and I have never forgot about it. What was really interesting about it, was a business man friend of mind told me that the head person at the bank he does business with was telling him that in the next 6 months things were going to be interesting. He told my friend that his bank was selling off loans for "toys" that customers bought....like atv vehicles and such. My friend asked me, when financial times become difficult, what are people going to default on first? Well...the toys of course. BTW, my friend told me all this about a month before I got that message from that lady in India.
Now look where we are.
But, planning in case it does fall apart is not a bad thing. Toilet paper is nice right now, but just something as a fire in the middle of the woods might be more important down the road. (according to that show anyway)
hand crafting, and living in harmony with nature...free air
But...you and I might not have a harmful bone in our bodies....but what about those others who do? (not-optimistically thinking) :(
anyway.
I just purchased two small portable solar panels.
I will use them one way or another...or just resell them.
But I personally think it is time human kind go back to basics and fundamentals. Our advancements in technology has only made us less human. Less caring towards nature. We evolved without any spiritual evolving. I think Indians, aboriginal people and all the kinds of first people in every land, knew to take only what is needed from nature and give back something in return.
I am not in the mood to type anymore. I am hungry.
Be safe.
I think I mentioned this in one of my older blogs. In a technologically advanced world...one deemed safe and structured...a manly man is not really an asset. But in a world where chaos exists, a manly man might be an asset. I just say this because of a thing I seen on FB before. Something that says, "to women, if you man don't know how to hunt, etc...etc...., you may want to trade him in"
I am sure the world won't get out of hand.
I am guessing that there is technology out there that we are clueless about that will keep civil order.
Johnny, I know your hunting skills already. You won't be shortlisted.
Coincidence, or could it be the Twilight Zone.
Right here is my twilight zone -->
I think most likely you are right. Did you have a blog last night? Oh yeah, I seen it earlier today and it was gone before I could comment. I bought like 30 movies I have not seen before. And, I bought some new felt and rails for my pool table...and, I also had some left over inventory that was just sitting around. So, I think I have about a month's worth of interesting things to do before I start loosing my marbles.
Oh well.
Anyways, I've got lots of streaming wi-fi or internet movies. But, I don't have a pool table. I don't have a horse shoes game, I don't have an Operation board game, I don't have darts, I don't have money, I don't have gas, I don't have food stamps, I don't have armpit deodorant.
But, hey, I can still check out the blogs! Cool, huh?
I am more of an old timer though. I have stupid VCR tapes and stupid DVD's....I am actually getting to the point where my DVD player is starting to take a pooh. :( You are setting well Robert. Don't you have a dog? I don't have that. You might be sitting pretty good there. You might have a legitimate reason to leave your home if the doors get locked up...they allow you to walk your dog. Me, I will be lucky to see the sunlight through a window.
I have a dog, he takes me for a walk every day. I've got a cassette player in my car, but I don't use it.
Nothing wrong with VHS tapes.. I got some at a yard sale one day, the guy told me to take four boxes of them free. But, they got caught out in the rain.
But...you and I might not have a harmful bone in our bodies....but what about those others who do? (not-optimistically thinking) :(
I have planned that ahead of time already Johnny
