Payday means new stuff. Right?
Today is payday. Well, payday for me, at least. I have been wanting to upgrade my TV for a while now, but I have never had the money for it. I do now. I am gonna wait until my roommate wakes up, since he knows more about this than I do, and I am not ashamed to admit that. I do know, however, that the TV is upscaled 4K with HDR 10 and HDCP 2.3. I just need to get the "Yep, it's a good TV" before I buy.Apart from that, I did some shopping yesterday. Now I have food for a few weeks again, which is fantastic. I don't really eat much, anyway. R once described my diet like this: "It's like you eat air. I have never seen you eat a lot". I am also trying to get a bit slimmer, so that's why I don't really eat a lot. Now, the more observant of you will go "But you bought 96 cans of coke before your quarantine. That's not gonna help", and you'd be right. But I have yet to touch any of the cans. I predict they will last a LONG time. Also, a can every three days aren't exactly bad. I did the math, and 95 times 3 is 285. That means, I will run out in 285 days. 9 months until I have to buy more, IF I stick to my one can every three days thing. Which I think I will!

I am aware it would be a long time until they expire but why test it ?
I have to say, finally it is a bit of a miracle either yourself or your roommate have not laid into them,
You must be happy back getting paid,
I was just thinking most people will have to work a week in hand when they go back but it's probably the least of anyone's worries !
The last one I bought was about 350, its got android and all sorts of collywobbles I dont understand, and it looks just like a TV... Its as good as it needs to be for my purposes, and wont be any great loss when it breaks or stops working, I doubt burglars would bother with it.
Loh: I know, big brain on me
Math was never my strong suit in school, so I am using a calculator to calculate big numbers and stuff.
pat8lanips: Hello, there! The TV I bought was a Philips 4K TV with HDR10 and HDCP 2.2. I am pairing that with an 800W sound system for a MASSIVE experience.
I bought the TV for the equivalent of 649 bucks, and I paid 361 buck for the sound system. It's my roommates old system that I have bought, so I got it way cheaper than if I was to buy it new. It still works, so I am happy with it :)
