$20 TRILLION Lawsuit Against China! U.S. Group Says Coronavirus Is Bioweapon.

Good luck with this farce, there is a better case against the USA for the2009 (H1N1) pandemic, proven to have started in the USA despite the coverup by those involved.
Heads up:- Flu viruses have been affecting humans for hundreds of years, blaming any one country is not only nieve but virtually impossible to prove, it would be a better idea for all countries to work together for a vaccine rather than enter a pointless blame game that could escalate into a real war.

I've already posted a link some where else where a science article indicates this virus was too perfect to have been engineered. There are also other articles indicating that science suggests we might actually already carry some of these in our biological makeup. Something takes place or happens that they actually mutate to what they are and a potential infection explodes. Animal related? Simple human factor? That doesn't matter. We're not immortal or invulnerable. If there's something in this world that is a threat of any kind, sooner or later it will manifest.

Most of the psychological effects aren't much different than learning to live with influenza and other infections. Most other things can be linked to the over-hype it was given. In 2017-2018, we had a death rate close at around 10% from influenza in the U.S. The death rates vary from year to year with any infection type all over the globe.

Immunity is something heavily deprived with isolation and lock down. You can find other virologists that actually point this factor out. You have professionals from the same field with two opposite perspectives. Protect our old and vulnerable but it's only going to help so much as it does with any known pathogen. The other side of the spectrum that makes more sense is "herd immunity". The new panic driver is becoming less and less deadly the more they learn about it. We may even have treatments to fight it already with out realizing it until later in the game. The hope is that those treatments will help develop a vaccine quicker.

If there is any chance sars-cov-2 was actually a biologically engineered "weapon"; it's a very poor one because the largest portion of the population can actually build up a natural immunity.

I don't think it was engineered, let alone, as a biological weapon. Plague, smallpox, anthrax, and more, all fall into the same category. How were they "introduced" into the world of the human race? Anthrax is considered the most deadly last I knew. It still is as far as any thing known to date.

That's the problem Molly, America never makes a mistake, never admits to causing a problem, it is always another country, usually, one that cannot or won't speak up and prove their innocence (if any). NK, Iran, China are the obvious targets, and rather than pick on the leaders and those in power, the whole population is painted in the same colour gleefully by western media.
The American government think like their leader, they are above the law, so they, therefore, push false information and blame elsewhere, with no substantiated facts.

IF ... Information in the film proves accurate, it could be a basis for legal action such as described in the OP.

It's scary to think the scientists from an advanced country like China could be so sloppy as to allow a virus as deadly as this one to escape containment. But, I guess if it could happen in another county, possibly one even more advanced than China, the USA, I guess anything is possible when grownups go around acting like children playing with matches. If you're wondering just what I'm talking about, do a little research on Lyme disease and Plum Island.
If my theory is correct, this virus was intended to remain in China. Its purpose was to reduce the over burdening population. The one child policy failed so this was plan B. This leaves only one conclusion, it was no accident.

A further justification or serendipitous outcome of accidental release of the virus to spread around the world would be to reduce the global population mitigating the trend of global warming and climate change. China would be praised for saving the world population from burning to death.

The Documentary (the producers term) is quite new, was passed along to me quite recently & I've not delved deeply into it.
My initial reactions are similar to yours.

Most notably ...

Based upon info in the film, had the CCP used it as a weapon, the best place to have it "originate" would've been in Southern China, rather than virtually on the doorstep of their bio-lab.
That would be much more consistent with an unintentional release.

WHY would China (and other countries) maintain such labs & conduct such research?
The easy answer would be to avoid being caught off guard should some OTHER country develop a Bio-Weapon in a Bio Arms Race.

It's notable at the end of the film, other countries are looking into the possibility of holding the PRC legally responsible.



Which raises the question --
Might the virus be a WESTERN Bio-Weapon used to bring down the CCP?

Im not surprised, and there had to be a fall guy. Of course its china since it originated (I think not however) to be the fall guy for this recent epidemic.

I have also mentioned, that if I ever caught it, will be a hybrid of it. And will be unstoppable. I know it will be a hybrid, because I get sick differently. Like a month ago I caught my first cold. got rid of it the next day by simply staying warm. caught it again 1-2 weeks got rid of it the next day. caught it again yesterday come right after a hot shower and rest.
