I have a meter to take care of others and my health
those initial stats are mine at the time of this post
Why?
Could you tell us more?
Why are you using them?
COPD?
Bad ticker?
Auto-immune deficiency?
Ellioooottt?
Discolored sputum?
Yes, it can be... but why are you using it?
Night light?
Delirium?
Fax...
? Who's .. Yours?
Bentlee I think you've been hacked...
I have one of those oximeters Bentlee as a rule mine is between 94-97 and bmp 79-81

I do have COPD and have brought it down with exercise to mild now. weight training to keep chest muscles strong etc but need a bit more cardio exercise but in this lock down that is hard

Only thing this little machine does not show is amount of carbon monoxide i may have in the body until i feel ill. So practice deep breathing exercise most day especially after sleeping.

Stay Safe my friend teddybear
Red, that is excellent! Your counter measures for COPD are great advice for those who have asthma.
Exred - to the best of my knowledge there is no handy CO2 reader available for the home. ( CO2 and acid levels can be tested with a blood sample ) But rest assured your body automatically reads CO2 and blood acidity levels, and adjusts. If the O2 level on your oximeter drops, it is a good indicator your lungs are not properly exchanging O2/CO2. So keep on doing what you doing to maintain good health.
As Bentley cryptically commented to me an advert for one was displayed right on the CS site. thumbs up
Not sure what happened there yep some one wanted some fun I guess
oldguy thank you muchly for that. I do breath in two different powders every morning and since that was prescribed my life has changed tremendously. So yep love living so will do everything to do that.

Stay safe . teddybear
Red, do you use Flovent?
i use

INCRUSE umeclidinium powder

FLUTICASONE powder

Every morninf these two.

carry inhaler if i get out of breath during the day.

I also have what they call a rescue pack predslone and an antibiotic, for when something happens i take immediately and then call docs.

All doing well on it
Incruse is new a few years ago. The Flovent has a mild steroid to keep, dilation in the lungs for more oxygen transfer to the blood. A friend of mine uses it and has helped his copd tremendously. Only sharing a friends experience. Be well my friendhug
Oh I hope you rinse after each session, as you don't want to contract thrush....
I do gargle afterwards Bentlee but the incruse was first, then they added the fluticasone furoate /vilanterol, that is the one that helped me the most.

I will write that other down for future reference but at the moment i am stable thanks teddybear
Atta girl, I'd hate to see your She Shed at Christies to the highest bidder, rolling on the floor laughing hug
most everyone should have an oximeter, one of the first stages of a serious illness can show with such. Also information to be given to 911
Yep i agree,

I looked up FLOVENT and it is the same just by another name is my fluticasone thumbs up it does as your friend said makes the biggest difference. peace
The oximeters are all sold out.

I'll keep on searching, but i continue to take deep breaths and long walks.

I'm waiting until it is safe to go to the gym. banana
Awesome Red, I hope you have an IPA day, cheers
