Yeah! – Even an iron curtain can’t stop rock’n’roll for long writes Nikolai from Russia:
“When I was a boy, we didn't live very well, and I didn't have a record player. American music was forbidden, because of the "iron curtain". But by the end of the '80s, one of Soviet TV channels showed clips of some artists like Elton John and Michael Jackson. And then one day I saw "Private Dancer". I was touched by your voice, image and the song itself, even though I didn't understand a word. This was my first introduction to you and your music. Since then I love you! Thanks so much, Tina, for my good taste in music!”
You’re welcome, dear Nikolai ??
