I often keep my laptop on and play rain videos on youtube to drown out my tinnitus while I sleep.
I rarely logout during the day when I'm off doing things. I'll come back to dabbling on the blogs inbetween tasks so I don't feel like I'm the last human being left on the planet.

It's only two hours but you can put it on a playlist, have it loop & it goes on as long as you want.
I've used that one many a time and like it a lot.
I started listening to splendid weather sounds a couple of summers ago when the temperatures were in the insufferable 20C's. I found my body temperature would drop the moment I put it on and instantly rise the moment I turned it off.
I played that game for a while, marvelling in the capacity of the human mind.
Drowning out my tinnitus was a welcome by product, but I found it was a bit like drugs: I started off with gentle rain, but ended up using dramatic thunder storms to satisfy my cravings.
I Know -- Right??
It's sooo innocent. At first.
Like -- What harm can listening to pattering rain do?
Then one adds Thunder.
And before one's even aware that one's hooked, one's doing hurricanes at sea ...
Now I can't even get drowsy without watching a couple hours & getting seasick
