No need to be alarmed
If you are out in the countryside in springtime, and come across a pond with a jelly like substance floating in the water, please don't panic. Contrary to rumour, it is not the product of Satan, but merely frog spawn. Children would often take some home in a jar, in my day, and nothing diabolical ever happened as a consequence. The best thing to do is to leave it where it is. You can keep going back to look at it, and will eventually be rewarded by the sight of little tadpoles emerging from the spawn. They are not tiny demons, but merely baby frogs. There is nothing evil about them, so there will be no need to take a priest with you when you go to observe them.
