I'm Very Good With Knowing People In Person Within Five Minutes....And Ive Got Hand It To This Guy........He Completely Won Me Over As Being Just What We Wanted To Have Here Living Above Us

I Was Never As Wrong As I Was With This Guy.........He Left A Deposit... And My Son? Being The Nice Guy That He Is?...Told Him..."If You Want... You Can Bring A Few Boxes Over Now And Then" (Bear In Mind That He Hadnt Paid The Rent As Of Yet)

Well...He Didnt Do That.....He Came With A Truck Load Of His Stuff...And A Disgusting Bunch Of People To Help Him Move In. Well Surprise Harry....You Dont Have The Keys Yet...And You Say To Me "I Find It Odd That The Door Is Locked"......... What Can One Do?...(As We Didnt Know What We Know Now) We Let Him Move His Stuff In) This Guy?(Hes In Now) Hasnt Even Paid The Rent Yet And Is Already Complaining About What He Has Found That Needs To Be Fixed.....(Might I Add That This Is All In His Mind...There Is Nothing Wrong)
His Former Landlord (On The Phone When We Called For Verification)) Said That He Was A Good Tenant......And Now We Know Why He Said That....(And Why?.Because He Had To Get Rid Of This Guy)
Harry Has Been Here Less Than Five Days And Its Been Nothing But Loud Noise At 2 AM.... And Its Been A Consistent Unlivable Situation
So?..I Finally Decided To Speak To His Former Landlord In Person And Went We Over To Where Harry Used To Live ......And We Had A Talk With David...(His Former Landlord)
(And David?...After Hearing What Weve Been Going Through Already Said He Was Sorry That He Lied...But It Was The Only Way To Get Rid Of Him
We Also Found Out That Ole Harold Was Thrown Out Of The Army Because Of "Narcissistic Behavior"
HE Said That He Would Pay Us The Half Of The Rent That He Already Owes..(That He Finally Gave Us Half)
Plus The Next Months Rent On The 1st On July

The Former Landlord Said That The Guy Is A Narcissist Complete Trouble Maker...Is A Cross Dresser....Paints His Finger Nails... And Said That They Actually Threw A Party When He Was Finally Out...He Was After Everybody's Wives In The Neighborhood Thinking That They Wanted Him....I Could Go On...But I Think You Get The Picture
