I sure hope birds enjoy the taste of shark a lot more than chihuahuas.
W, haven't seen one of our many eagles or ospreys snag a vapid sand shark like that, YET. Lot's of fish, and a rodent, now and then, however. Sadly, no tiny Swamp DEMS so far. Hope runs deep and eternal.
Standard for 2020
Sharks have a wider, than taller body. There are many species of fish that have forked tails.
I'm not sure, since we really don't get a good view of the fish. But, I don't think it's a shark due to the more
vertical than horizontal body. Usually when a bird of prey catches a fish, it's next task is to find a perch
and begin the feast. However, that bird seems to be in no hurry for step 2.
