The cost of stays on death row, including appeals, etc, can easily come to 100 large yearly. While innocent families suffer awaiting justice.
I'm for more timely justice. And Old Sparky would be my choice for these hupersons, who have voluntarily given up their right to go on belonging to the species. Anyone else?
