really that bad? here it is the heat you are not used to such humid air well and the country itself is now plagued by a drought
There could be many factors affecting temperatures at the moment due to lockdowns, but it might be natural causes. The UK snow in June 1975, heatwave in 1976 and the 16 month drought around that time springs to mind.
Whatever the cause(s), I'm glad I'm not living in Duisburg. It's unpleasant enough here in Wales despite having a fair amount of rain and winds.
I posted at the same time as being automatically logged out by the site, so my post registered as a deleted profile.
I know it is extremely hot in London where i was born. Being an inland country, Holland, and yourselves got it very hot. Too hot to handle [for me ]
