She should be on the stage speaking to a few leaders
Thanks bunches for the huge smile on my dial
.....
And one for Tienna.....

Her parents should be a shame that this little girl has more sense of family than they do.
She is adorable, can i take her home?
It's impressive that she has reproduced the fairly complicated message so acutely in an appropriate setting. She recognises the message applies to her parents arguing and appears to understand the representations of 'heart', 'high', 'low' and 'heart level', at least enough to reproduce the message. She appears to understand the consequences of behaviour and can conceptualise potential sequences of events.
I take my hat off to teacher and student, and in the case of the little girl, the student who becomes the teacher.
Another brilliant video Tatami, thankyou for taking the trouble to share it.
The teacher has obviously thought about the dangers of suppressing feelings and their communication as much as the consequences of letting emotions and behaviour go unchecked.
It is a message which includes emotional maturity, becoming a self-aware congruent person, becoming other-aware and using empathy, as well as understanding that our behaviours have consequences and envisioning sequences of consequences as I mentioned earlier.
I think my grandchildren see me as some kind of encyclopaedic guru. If I'm not interjecting things I know, I'm questioning and googling. Watching animated films with them is good for this as they are often based upon legend and character relevant names can often be translated.
My current project is finding out how the foundations of bridges are built in water because two of my grandsons travelled the suspension bridge between Wales and England recently. I think there might be some fun to be had with Lego and a sink full of water.
I think I will share this video with them and see what they make of holding one's emotions at heart level. I'll let you know how it goes.
I googled it and found it is usually a busy period for travelling. Here in Wales we still have a lot of restrictions to inhibit the spread of infection.
I haven't been out since the holiday began. I planned to go shopping yesterday but my son met with a longtime friend who's around for the holiday. He came home very late last night. So I'd go shopping with him hopefully today. Judging from my son's story, the road was quite busy yesterday. I believe there's some kind of restraint in spending the Obon like before as some infection spike and emergency measures were announced on the onset of the holiday. Being in Japan and not living in a big city and not fond of night life makes me feel safer though.
Your grandchildren are surely lucky for having you around, a diamond of experiences and resources.
