Yea ! We did such a good job in bringing down the C-19 infection rate, that gyms are opening up
Yep, starting this Tuesday.Gyms are allowed to open back up here in New Jersey.
One has to wear a mask while in the gym and both the machines & the people have to be at least 6 feet apart.
I guess one might say, I'm fairly.... pumped.... about that.
I not only miss the many exercise machines, but some of the gym members too.
Some are quite...... motivational.
Since I joined in the winter, I never did get to use their large pool.
While it's still summer, I plan to do so, especially on hotter days.

It was one of the first states to deal with it
and a lot less was known then.
We are a very densely populated state, so that
was an additional challenge.
However, it is much more under control now.
Currently the transmission rate is only 0.8.
1.0 is the critical rate. Anything less than 1 shows
that it is on the decline.
I'm going to enjoy going to the gym starting next week,
whether you like that, or not.

I will get plenty of oxygen. However, if I feel light headed, I will go outside and take the mask off there.
I will also be wearing rubber surgical gloves. But, not in the pool.

Thankfully, that won't be in an elevator.
I get LOTS of aerobic exercise playing softball and also in other activities with a couple of ex-girlfriends.

Wouldn't you Love to have a dollar for every time someone puts a load of clothes in an automatic washer & then uses an exercise gizmo 'til the washer let's 'em know their wash is done?
... Except it had Two handles so one would get a better workout ...

Note the yellow thingy on the operator's belt.
That hold the component that keeps one's implement running efficiently - i.e. shaving sharp.
Also - Sharpen only on the Bottom of the blade so it imparts a slight lifting force as it cuts.
They took bids for the contract to keep the unused land mowed.
A gal won the contract with a ridiculously low bid.
She assigned her crew to rotating sections of the parcel throughout Summer.
