in a world where cash was always king ,and gave you the upper hand in bartering or knowing exactly where you stood money wise ,,all that is now changing ,where as now business,s and many shops and restaurants are changing to card only ,,
how will this affect you , will you now be in control of your finances ???? or will it be the card company ??/
i have always used cash and any business that does not take it then they lose my custom simple as that ,
i always add a tip according to the service i have received which is the right way,but with card only then you will be paying a service charge no matter what the service was like,,i dont think so some how,,
companies are using covid as the main reason for this ummmm i dont think so ,,

For me, cash is my way of paying, unless it's larger amounts as I don't like carrying a lot of cash in my handbag.
But, I don't like leaving "all" my money in the bank for the banksters to use either!
So I draw it all out.
My eldest son does the same as well! He keeps all his money under the mattress.
With bank cards we are being controlled and they know your every move!
privacy in todays world is very hard to control ,even your mobile phone is tracking your every move and relaying info about you all hours of the day and night grrrrr
I always make sure my location is not showing and I also don't take it with me when I go out.
You also need to be careful with all those new apps they want you to add to make "your life easier"...so they say!
They track by phone, surfing the web, using card, etc., etc..
Privacy as we knew it has gone. Most people give the information freely by posting their pathetic lives on social media......
That's the world we are living in. Comply or you will be left behind.....

i have never had a credit card, firstly as i have never needed one ,and secondly why should i pay over the odds for the best deals i can get by using cash,you can not get a deal with a credit card,all my life if i wanted some thing i saved up until i could buy out right , and that also included houses that i have purchased,so i owe no one nothing ,which makes me a very free soul ,and not tied to any money making machine out there,,
He buys everything in cash..just bought himself a BMW..new!
He has no credits and no cards either.
Why is anyone worried that someone else knows you bought a toilet roll at wallmark yesterday for 3 dollars?
