THE POLISH GOVERNMENT PASSED A LAW ON COMPULSORY VACCINATION1. Persons who have not undergone mandatory vaccination , sanitary and epidemiological studies - sanitary procedures, quarantine or isolation, involuntary hospitalization upon suspicion or diagnosis of an especially dangerous and highly contagious disease that poses a direct threat to the health or life of other people, a direct coercion measure, including containment, immobilization, or compulsory medication.
2. The decision to apply a measure of direct coercion is made by a doctor or paramedic, who determines the type of measure to be applied. The measure of direct coercion and personally supervises its implementation by medical workers. Each case of application of a measure of direct coercion is recorded in medical records.
3. A doctor or paramedic may contact the police, border police or military police for assistance in applying direct coercion. Assistance is provided subject to the equipment of officers or soldiers in measures to protect against infectious diseases by this doctor or paramedic.
4. Before applying a measure of direct coercion, the person in respect of whom the measure of coercion is applied must be informed about it. A direct application must be used and this fact is recorded in the medical records. When choosing a direct coercion measure, one should choose the least burdensome measure for this person, and when applying a direct coercion measure, one should be especially careful and take care of the well-being of this person.
5. Direct compulsion, consisting in immobilization, can be applied for no more than 4 hours. If necessary, the application of this compulsion can be extended for another 6 hours, but not longer than up to 24 hours.
6. Detention is a temporary short-term immobilization of a person with the use of physical force.
7. Immobilization is the long-term incapacitation of a person using belts, pens, sheets or a straitjacket.
8. Forced administration of the drug is an emergency introduction into the human body - without his consent.

Personally, I think working out the trust issues would be a more productive, and possibly more cost effective means of dealing with objection to vaccines.
When my daughter was small, medical staff were less than transparent when I asked about risks. I expected to have an informed choice and in the absence of that information, I refused consent for some vaccinations.
It is clear which countries, by governance, will not be able to exercise their Rights.

Aren't you happy that we were compulsory vaccinated during ex-Yugoslavia and thus protected against so many illness? I read that BCG vaccine we received (several times) actually protects us to a certain extent from this new coronavirus as well.
I can't tell if you are joking with this anti-vaccine blogs or you are serious...
Of course, nobody wants to take a vaccine that is not well tested and safe and it will be a long time until some really efficient vaccine against coronavirus appears (if ever!), but vaccines are important and saved so many lives. Even this ordinary flue vaccine is so helpful for people prone to severe cases of flue (I personally know some). Scientists work constantly trying to find vaccines against so many diseases and help people.
It's 2020 - we should support the advancement and development of medicine, not revert to the Middle Ages and heal with prayers and snake oil!

A couple of years ago here in NZ we had a deadly flu that was killing kids and older people, there was a doctor in my area that was pushing for compulsory vaccinations nation wide.. but that really didn't sit well with a lot of people and the doctors idea was trashed, but that doctor is still try it on to this day..
Flu vaccines are voluntary here and should be a voluntary thing everywhere, vaccines go into your body like food; what next are they going to control what you eat..

Yes, I know what the editor of Lancelot said and it's quite obvious if you start looking at cancer treatments for example - new drugs often cost a fortune. There have been some game changers (like Herceptin), but a lot of new drugs are not getting past trial stage or will be stopped after a while and what people are treated with is sometimes on the market for 20+ years. But these days, there is a lot of information about integrative/alternative treatment available. People just need to look for it.
There is also a lot of information on vaccines out there and people can make up their mind if they want to get vaccinated or not.
Poland and other countries are going backwards with the politicians that have been elected by their citizens.
