I now know the location of 5 US states!

Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and North Carolina. Thank you, Chuck Todd! Yes, I have, as many of you, been following the US election. I watched it all on the NBC and ABC YouTube channels, and on CNN via the magic of live streams. The result was obviously not in everyone's favor, but the American people has spoken with mail in ballots. Some might say it's fraudulent, while others say no fraud has taken place. In the end, it looks like the courts will have to decide.

Now, I am a humble European, interested in the US election. I have been ever since I remember. I remember Obama winning in 2008 and in 2012. I remember Trump winning in 2016. I remember when Clinton had to defend against a scandal involving a WH intern, and I remember when Bush jr. was the Commander in Chief.

I admit, I am team Biden. Most will disagree with me, which is fine. Like your new assumed President elect said: "We may be opponents, but we are not enemies". If you are a Trump supporter, that's fine with me. I am sure you are a fantastic person, with love for your family and country. I just don't subscribe to the right wing agenda. Am I happy that Trump is out? In a way. We might get some sanity from the big house on 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. I will miss the rage tweeting from Trump, though. Has he been a good President? Well, from my little European eyes, not really. But I only see the person that is shown to the World. I am not affected by his policies. Well, maybe one or two, but not the tax cuts or anything like that.

All in all, congratulations to Joe Biden. And to Trump, good luck in your future endeavors.. Not that he's gonna see this, though.

..Since you & me are just 2 of the 8 people here who can write legible English, I am asking in the Name of Research & development...
..what's UP with all you foreigners opining every day on Amerikan policy ?...
...how would you feel if someone 10,000 miles away started to leverage his ignorance into your local scene ? You don't need to answer that one.

Bob - Believe it or not, but policies in the USA affects us in Europe :). As the saying goes: If America sneezes, the rest of the World gets a cold. Also, I would love it if more people from all around the world took an interest into what happened in other countries. Please feel free to read some articles about Danish politics. It would be quite interesting to hear an outsiders perspective on things :). We have a thing going right now with mink and covid, if that peaks your interest
Hang on, I saw something about mink out of the corner of my eye...

'Almost never' is not the same as 'never'.

Whether it's wet markets, factory farming, or fur coats, animal cruelty is never going to be healthy.
That would be the Central Bank, Phil
But we can't touch on that subject tonight.
Re, Danish Politics.

All politics ( for me ) are local...

I'm going to share the 3 words eYe never heard
In 15 months and 3 days...among all ranks & civilians

JAMES EARL CARTER....and it co-Incidently was the best 15 months of my 64 years.

But , for the sake of conversation, let's say I read Up on the suggested topic....eYe would never presume to lecture Danes as some do here- with their ill founded, speculative, Jargon monoxide.

You've learned sum new English, take Care.
The tumultuous four years of a narcissistic, nefarious, president has made many aware of the USA and the trash that came from it.

It is a new day with new rulers who have pride, compassion, intelligence, and the ability to be diplomatic. thumbs up cheering
