If the Goodenough Battery lives up to the hype, it's internal combustion engine finis.
The vid is a few years old -
Evidence suggests Goodenough Batteries are Now being used in some applications.
But IF Goodenough's battery proves to be, well ... Good Enough the ICE's days are numbered.
A similar transition time frame from the introduction of Ford's Model T ('08) to "A Nation On Wheels" twenty years later is prob'ly Not unrealistic.
Goodenough's Battery could be as much of a game changer as the ICE was over the horse -
In much the Same way as the Model T ...
It holds the potential to make acquiring & operating a personal vehicle simpler, more affordable ... And a Helluva lot more Cool!

The talk is a possible 1,000 mile range & recharge time reduced from hours to Minutes
Basically -
One stops for lunch/battery recharge & by the time lunch is eaten, the vehicle's ready for Another 1,000 miles.
I'm tellin' y'all - This Could be a TOTAL Game Changer.
Will there be antique ICE cars? - I should Imagine.
Just a few years ago, I saw folks out for a drive in an original Stanley Steamer.
It was cool Spring weather & the exhaust steam condensed into a cloud/con trail.
A Helluva sight, lemme tell y'all ... Could see it comin' Miles away.
