Texas State Attorney General Ken Paxton filed suit in the US Supreme Court urging the Supreme Court to invalidate millions of votes in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia.Today, Pennsylvania's Attorney General, Josh Shapiro, filed a reply to the absurd Texas suit. The brief crushes the unsupportable arguments offered by the Texas AG.
Also, Trump is following in President Richard Nixon's footsteps, erroneously believing that if a president nominates a Supreme Court Justice, that justice is likely to rule for the president regardless of the merits of the case. Recall, in 1974, after Nixon appointed four Supreme Court justices, the Supreme Court decided unanimously that Richard Nixon was not above the law and ordered him to turn over the incriminating Watergate tapes.
