Christmas Eve will be a bit different this year
My mother called me earlier, to inform me that my brother wasn't feeling any better, and that the fever had returned, so Christmas eve will be my sister, mother and me, unless the fever is going away. Originally we were going to be four more people, since both my brothers kids were gonna join us, and a family friend as well, but because of my brothers fight with the virus, it has been decided that the best course of action is to proceed with just three people, and then in January, we will hold a full on Christmas eve again, complete with gifts and some good food. Now we just need to figure out what we do, regarding the gifts. If we wait with them until next year, or if we are gonna exchange them on the 24th. I don't really mind waiting until we are all together, so if that's the case, then that's what it's gonna be. I mainly come for the food, anyway. I have what I need, so to me, Christmas eve is just food. I will hopefully be filled in on what will happen on that front, and if we're just going to be three people or not.I really look forward to close off 2020. To rip it out of the calendar, and just start fresh in 2021.
