Maybe a winding river panorama
with snow on banks sticking.

What natural surprises await ?
Perhaps a fawn and the mama.
Off I go to enjoy this date.

Ahhh enjoy your sunshine! We're waiting on another 2-5 inches of that fluffy white stuff and then taking a plunge into really cold weather for the next week or so. Can't really complain - Winter in Chicago is Winter in Chicago. laugh

I did find some icicles, but nothing like that.
I have photographed something similar many years ago.
We need freezing rain during freezing temperatures for that.

I did find one deer and some holly. But most of the photos today were of a male & female cardinal.

Those were formed by water been sprayed onto the hedge, where the ditch was blocked and the water was running down the road. I had to take my mother out and saw them and, when I had to collect mum I made sure I had my camera with me to take the photo.

Yeah, I can see how that would work too, as long as there were freezing temperatures.
I meant how it occurs naturally.
