I acknowledge those were filed (I've not read all) however the point I am making is, refusing a right to appeal without a hearing or having regards to the appellants evidence is not a court hearing, its a refusal to hear the allegations and that is not lawful Jimmy.
You cannot plead your case in an application for leave to appeal, so all the judges findings should be set aside because an appeal has never been given proper judicial review and that is not lawful, it is doing justice for the people by the people or any other form of according to law.
Trump clearly filed on appeal to have heard serious allegations of vote rigging and he must be given a proper judicial hearing to test the evidence according law and international norms.
