I had to remind my 2 little granddaughters that they are just a wee little bit Irish from their grandpa's side.
We are having the traditional corned beef and cabbage tonight as well as pistachio cake for dessert.
Potato and a six pack sound better than the corned beef! I'm not a fan of corned beef
We always celebrated St Patrick's Day even though we aren't Irish. My mom would make huge
amounts of corned beef and cabbage and have all the relatives and friends over. She also would
make a little something extra on the side for me because I didn't like corned beef.
I'd be tempted to go for that seven course meal
