Things will never go back to how they were after Covid19

I will mention only some examples, maybe you can write some others. People who used to travel often won´t do it again at least not with the same frequency they used to do. Many people are working from their houses now and in some cases that will be forever. Students are not learning the same as before the Covid19 a teacher on line is not the same, so more and more dummies we will have on streets, of course teachers are happy and safe, they don´t have to control discipline anymore and nobody will kill them in a classroom. By the other side here in South America people is not warm and lovely anymore, we used to kiss each other when we meet, shake hands and hug as brothers all the time. Now we feel life in a different way, like a weird life with weird people, It´s very hard for us. So what do you expect will happen later in the next years?

In the U.S. -
Small businesses - especially Main St. businesses in small towns - won't be reopening.

Covid crushed them - to the benefit of Big Box Stores.

The shutdown benefitted the Big Boxes like it was made to order for 'em ....

Which makes one speculate that It May've BEEN Made For Them ... dunno

We do have a precedent -

Miclee,
Yes, the impact in many kinds small businesses will be terrible, I miss those bars where I used to go and the same people were there everynight enjoying their drinks or coffee all of us were like a family.
About the Spanish flu, it was terrible too, after 5 years people got into normality. With the Covid19 nobody knows how long it will last
Yes, I also miss the hugging and kissing which is normal here.

I think that now we're out of the habit, and have been re programmed, things will never be the same again sigh

As for dating, there will always be some uncertainty whether we can do this or that.

Maybe the virtual world is going to replace everything?
Time will tell. I'm starting to believe that this is why teenagers rebel against their elders. They have problems with you leaving the nest and they're doing it to protect themselves. Nothings changed there. Even though baby boomers were very rebellious teenagers - with little cause - they encapsulate the idea of aborting posterity so that they can persist forever.
There was a huge group of them last night playing football. The first crowd I've seen in a year not engaging in a protest. And this is how it will come. Football lives matter, a force that comes to oppose things as they are without any peculiar vision or forethought. Tom Hanks is not literally a vampire, they're just cowardly and bad at sports and can afford to be all of these things.
