Sydney Powell files a response to Dominion lawsuit - and it is a good defense.
So, As some of you might know, Sydney Powell of "The Kraken" fame, et al have been sued by Dominion systems for a billion dollars, well, Ms Powell has filed a response to the Lawsuit. And it is a very good defense.Essentially, she is saying that no-one but a complete Lunatic would believe the crap she was saying about Dominion Systems, them stealing the Election for Biden, their ties to Venezuela, etc. Therefore she is not liable for any damages to Dominion. QED.
I know it kinda dumps some people here under the bus, but its a good legal defense.

Her perceived authority and credibility as a lawyer will have placed her in a more powerful position to influence.
Also, saying that only an unreasonable person would believe her allegations, but stating she believes them herself is an admission that she acted unreasonably. Isn't that what the lawsuit is about?
It doesn't appear to meet the narrow critera for insanity, nor do the circumstances. It just says her actions were unjustified.
If her actions cannot be justified and can be shown to have caused harm, then isn't she liable for that harm?
It is what all the sane members in CS have been saying for 4 years.
What else was stolen is 4 years of sane government leadership, as the worst presidency is US presidency was protected by the obstructionistic Republican senate under the control of Moscow Mitch.
