They did with Spanish flu. Frankly not a great deal of difference as that killed millions too.

I hear the UK has initiated the best vaccine rollout of any country and while the government has made many mistakes they are learning from those mistakes so there is now light at the end of the tunnel.
So if the cure is so bad, tell me how is it killing people? From what I hear "only" a handful has died and most from the english/swedish vaccine. We have (here in Norway) had 3 healthy nurses dying from a-z after blood clots. Horrible stuff and the whole vaccine is now on hold (permanently I hope). So that is about as bad as it gets it seems.
Explain how that translates to millions dying of the vaccine, if you may.
It has mysterious ingredients that is clocked to kick in later?
Can't agree that the German scientists are lacking behind though.
You dodged nicely away from the question mate, but then again that is your prerogative.
Given how many people have been ill and died in the UK, not to mention all the other health and economic ramifications of how it's been handled, I don't see why any country would want to follow our steps, other than to avoid our mistakes.
Furthermore, whilst there are commonly 'flu-like symptoms, it's surely clear by now that Covid is so much more than that? Saying it's 'flu is like saying you heard a note, therefore the tune it came from doesn't exist.
I hope you had a wonderful Easter
and thank you for wishing us the best.
The variants of SARS-CoV-2 that keep emerging aren’t just a human problem.
It coincided with a surge of the B.1.1.7 variant in the United Kingdom. So the team—led by veterinarian Luca Ferasin, head of the hospital's cardiology service—looked at 11 pets: eight cats and three dogs. None of the animals had a previous history of heart disease, yet all had come down with symptoms ranging from lethargy and loss of appetite to rapid breathing and fainting. Lab tests revealed cardiac abnormalities, including irregular heartbeats and fluid in the lungs, all symptoms seen in human cases of COVID-19.
