this has been a current talk , also in debate and research as well . The older woman younger man couple . A lots of them have worked out but also failed as a couple may it be boyfriend girlfriend or husband wife.best example is of actor Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness , the couple got married in 1996 way before Jackman became our very favorite wolverine . The understanding between the two is amazing , the fact that Furness is 13 years
his senior .there are also other examples on the internet , which were successful but also failures . But the main thing is the functioning of the pair . In some cases it works out with women being the mature one in the pair and also able to fit in with the younger generation of the men and also providing life advice to the men because of their more experience with things . Some cases workout only on a more s*xual orientation and only physical pleasures . But some cases become a total failure after the begining of the relationship due to factors such as age gap , peer pressure and also generational gap i.e the whole gen X and millennial thing.
Failures and successes aside there is a factor to the younger man older woman relationship . Normal to some taboo to others .

I have NEVER been attracted to younger males... Yuck... Not physically, not mentally, not in any sense...
I have always preferred older males... BUT, now that I am beautifully 50, one thing has changed a bit... I prefer males closer to my age... I am not interested in dating a 70 or even a 60 year old, because I want to be able to spend the most time with him...
As long as both partners are of legal age, to each their own.
A rule my wife had was applicable. As you travel, have fun, but briing NOTHING home with you. My rule to her was similar. It lasted for decades. If your partner is not mature of mind, if the partner is not in agreement with you on important subjects, then do not marry them. If however they are mature of mind, you two often agree about many things and you both genuinely like each other, then go ahead and marry them if you both want. Their physical age is terribly unimportant.
I would claim that if you grew up in the late 80's and you date one who grew up in the early 80's you might already experience a small invisable rift between that can be filled with misunderstandings. Soon as it's filled up, with those misunderstandings, it's a flat nice safe surface to walk on.
So no bigge after all.
Conclution is: if you wanna avoid misunderstandings go for similar age.

The wider the age spread the less likely the relationship will last. That's been my experience.
Even 10 years ago when I had a lot of energy I would never consider a man much older than I was.

I think there are a fair few here due to apathy regarding dating. CS is a place to gather for cheap entertainment to alleviate the boredom.
